Inside Sales Representative (m/f)

(in one our 5 branches mentioned above)

**As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working in a fast-paced, motivated environment and you’ll be a key player in helping our team to establish and maintain our exceptional relationships with our customers.

• Acquisition of new customers

• Market research by phone and e-mail to increase our customer base

• Maintain the relationships with existing clients

• Report and implement the results of negotiations in our CRM system

• After sales services

• Occasional handling of claims

• Internal cooperation with our Transport Managers

You have a “SALES personality”. You find the right words in friendly, but sometimes also tough negotiations with customers in addition to having the following:

• A high school diploma/higher educational degree and/or experience in Sales

• A pleasant personality for phone sales

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of at least one further language (Italian, French, Spanish and/or German)

• You are flexible and able to cope in challenging situations
